Monday, March 8th, 2010

Wearing the right kind of bra can help you shed 10 pounds in 10 seconds, suggests a lingerie expert. In her guide, “The Bra Book: The Fashion Formula to Finding the Perfect Bra,” Jené Luciani, says right fit can help one look thin. According to her Bra is a powerful little piece of fabric.

Not only does Jene advice the use of perfectly shaped Bra’s but also gives tips of flaunting it. Her first idea is, try getting a classy sheer black shirt or white button-down shirt and letting the top of a black lacy bra peek through underneath.

Luciani confesses that she herself had problems finding the proper Bra types, when Victoria’s Secrets Miracle Bras came to her rescue. She revealed that her left breast size was much smaller than the right. The Miracle Bra has removable pads. This removable pads bra allowed her to take out the padding on the right side but not on the left.

After undergoing two breast surgeries to get the correct size, Luciani was diagnosed with tubular breast syndrome, a condition that causes the breasts to develop in a tube shape. Even though she believes she was born with it, but Lucaini says wearing the wrong type of bra may have contributed.

A remarkable thing to make a note of here is that not even one iron nail is used in the whole production process. The sole and the entire body of the chappals are attached together by sewing it which is done with a leather thread. Other additions and decorations are then made for preparing an attractive pair of Kolhapuri chappals. Wedge Heels

Friday, November 20th, 2009

Wedge heels represent heels that run the length of the sole or base of the shoe — in the shape of a block. This is distinguished from other types of heels that simply offer a heel that falls down from the heel of the foot and arrives to a tip. Usually wedge heels appear in summery shoes, with open toes, in slides, or in strappy sandals.

Wedges come in various colours and designs. One of the most trendy wedge heels in the late 70s and early 80s was prepared by the shoe maker Candies. These shoes had firm plastic block heels which yet again became temporarily in style in the 1990s and 2000s.

Many people confuse wedge heels with platform shoes. The two styles are not equally exclusive. They have some similarities; however, wedge heels are not always platforms. at times the wedge simply raises the upper portion of the foot, sliding to a thin sole below the balls and toes.

Wedge heels are always in vogue and never out of style. They usually offer a more stability than the typical heel, because the wedge expands out from the whole sole of the shoe. You don’t have to balance on a pointed heel as the wedge lets you rest your entire heel on the floor. If you find it difficult to walk in heels, wedge heels can be a fine way to start.
